Showers

We have beautiful new changing rooms, complete with showers and lockers, so pack your beauty products and a change of clothes and head on over. Now you can leave not only feeling great, but looking great too!

*Please note the locker rooms close at 8:30 pm Monday through Friday, 7:15 pm on Saturdays and 9:00 pm on Sundays. The showers will not be available after the 8:15 pm or 10:00 pm classes. Thank you for your understanding.

Donation Class for Charity

Come join our donation class - at 12:00 noon on Saturdays - benefiting TACA (Talk About Curing Autism). TACA provides support and information to families who have received the autism diagnosis. There is a $10 minimum donation for this class -- CASH ONLY; no class packages, credit cards, or checks will be accepted. It’s a great deal for a great cause!
